We are directly involved throughout the complete process of construction from site preparation and framing to the final touches including painting and floor coverings. We’ll even manage your landscaping needs if you desire. We employ a diverse group of local subcontractors for the mechanical phases of your project.

Our attention to the personal requests and needs of our customers is what has built our business in the Heber Springs area. Sometimes modifications to your plans are necessary. Being part of the local, state and national Home Builders Association gives us access to the latest trends and techniques available. About Us

Our family has been involved in the building industry for many years. Having a grandfather in the construction business meant lots of time tested experience being passed down. I am training my sons in the business today.

We started Hardwick Construction in 1999 when Arkansas started licensing residential builders. We do custom homes and remodeling around Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River. We are well equipped to handle the challenges that come with the various soil conditions with lake and river communities. We have the heavy equipment required for virtually any task.

Legacy Subdivision

Hardwick Construction also develops properties for residential construction. Our current development is in its 2^nd phase, with 3 river valley view lots still available in Phase I. Phase II offers 22 new 1-2 acre building sites in a restricted 53 acre mountainside community. Legacy Development features sites with privacy in a beautiful location.
